Mandate

The Canadian National Site Licensing Project (CNSLP) is a Canada-wide initiative to increase the amount and quality of research literature available to Canadian academic researchers by providing access to both fulltext electronic journals and bibliographic databases.

This will be accomplished through a coordinated, nationwide university library initiative to license electronic versions of scholarly journals and research databases, primarily in science, technology, and health-related disciplines, and to provide desktop access to this content for the academic community.
